My day started off quiet and unassuming.. kids were at their dad’s place and I was just doing my damnedest not to spend my day crying and feeling all sad and stuff.

So I popped Nurse Jackie on while SexyG sanded and painted the wood for my new wall project.

When the boys came home my heart melted with love and joy as they presented me with awesome pressies wrapped in much love and sweetness..

I am very fortunate to call these guys my own. They make me proud and full me with so much love (even if they are driving me to drink and one step closer to the looney bin every second day)..;-)

My mom would be just as super proud of them as I am. Truly. I know this because she still resides in my heart and whispers happy thoughts and advise when I need her the most.

So what are your plans this weekend?? It is midmonth so the money is all spent. Well Mostly. So it leaves not very much choice on how to spend your time off.

For me.. well it is a Working weekend for me. Both at home and the office.

Mostly because keeping busy will hopefully help me forget what Sunday is.

With the first 12 week challenge behind me, I was afraid I would pick up all the weight afterwards but it would seem the opposite is true. The scale is still displaying  a continued loss, this is only with a moderate diet and moderate training during my down time before the next challenge.

No hardcore stuffs. Well, we not counting the sand and stones I lugged around this weekend..lol!

I am extremely pleased and look forward to the next challenge. Because this time I will have a fantastic platform from which to proceed. I am fitter, I am stronger and even more determined.

But saying all that I need to also say that:

“being overweight or underweight and normal weight does not define me. And it does not define you.”

I am an opinionated bitch with a pointy finger and twisted sense of humour whether I am fat or thin. Just because I lose weight does not make me a nicer person. Being fat will not do that either. I am who I am. Regardless of what I appear to be.

The only thing that losing weight and getting into shape does for me is make me feel healthy and one day I may even add the word “sexy” to that sentence. Oh and finding clothes to wear is proving to be a challenge on its own..lol! So I had to pull out a box of old clothes so that I am not roaming the streets looking like a hobo..:P

For now I am just taking it one kg at a time.

My fucking washing machine went cluckity fuckity bang last night.. I will be having a small memorial for it tonight whereby I will kick it continuously till I feel better (or my foot breaks).. You are all welcome to come watch.

The long weekend is upon us with a fierceness of wild shitdogs and I am going to be laying bricks and blowing a whistle from time to time on the farm while Phase 2 is underway in rebuilding the children’s home.

Anyone planning to rob me while I am gone. Start with the washing machine and car. Thanks.

MEANWHILE  my Gym instructor informed me last night that we are going to do the ’300 workout’ on Wednesday. I am probably going to have a fucking coronary on the first 25 reps.. :S

Oh, and did I forget to mention that the office cat is currently giving me the stink eye?? Cats can be such assholes!

So the Knuckle kidnapped the girls on Friday, while we were at work. Isn’t it just awesome how she believes to be a law upon herself?

I knew she would pull some or other shit, we even had bets on what it would be. However, kidnapping was not on the list!!  Lol, I have added it for next time.

We were going to drive over there and fetch them but decided that the girls were probably already traumatised by the wench enough for one day.

*sigh* There was a pancake and beach trip planned for yesterday morning but that has been put on ice now. Needless to say how sad SexyG is with the way things turned out.

Pity they can’t come with us this Friday to the berg for Easter Weekend either. We have a STUNNING  guest house we are going to be staying at. With the whole 5 stars and personal chef at our disposal <– going to be frikken awesome! I am taking my bikini with so that I can work hard on my tan in order to maximise the look I am going for ..–> ‘Buff and Sporty B’

So just before I go, let me say this quickly.. I sincerely hope that the hairyknuckle’s wonky wheel turns fast and furious and that it smacks her with the same viciousness as she delivers.
