I am now in my fourth week of the 12 week challenge and can definitely feel that my fitness level has improved.
Now if only my weight would fuck off we would all be happy..
Last night we were offered discounts at the local salon to enhance our colouring (they were looking at us ‘wit ous’, me in particular..) for the final photo, with either a spray tan or a sunbed.
I do not like tanning too much as I have this whole crazy pigmentation thingy on my face and for reasons unknown to me my legs are immune to the sun altogether.. so it looks random.
But for the good of the final photo perhaps i should try one or the other.
But which one??
A spray tan or the sunbed??

Definitely a spray tan. Sunbed is unhealthy. Will it be at Glam? Curious how it turns out been thinking of getting a spray tan, not sure. They want you to do it to enhance your muscles and look slimmer in the pic, those cheaters hahhah, before n after pics should be taken in the same lighting etc.

Definitely spray tan. They can make it look very natural. A tan makes you look thinner and younger too!
Spraytan if you have to , sunbeds are too dangerous because of the skin cancer thing, they have a bad name over here although a lot of people use them a lot of others have been put off
Oh spray tan,have you not watched Final destination and all other good horrors involving a sun bed *winks*! And I have to agree a tan does make you look sexier and healthier!!

Update – I phoned and inquired about the Spray Tan and it is R200!! for one session which may or may not last 7-10 days..
With that in mind – If anyone knows of any planned bank robberies feel free to contact me as I am told I am a brilliant get away driver #justsaying…

Sunbeds are sooooo bad for you and you have to go for a few session which also costs a bomb…
Meh. Tans and fake tans aren’t all they’re cracked up to be.
Sunbed is worse for you but spray tans are normally obvious, despite what people think.
Can I vote in favour of luminous white?

I’ve never had a tan of any sort… Which did you select?
Spray Tan.. I tried tanning naturally but it would appear my skin is immune. hhahahahaaa!
