So I am now upping my game, going to add at least two more traning sessions in a week which means there will be days I have to train twice. ~~~ I am now in my fourth week of the 12 week challenge and can definitely feel that my fitness level has improved. Now if only my weight would fuck off we would all be happy.. Last night we were offered discounts at the local salon to enhance our colouring (they were looking at us ‘wit ous’, me in particular..) for the final photo, with either a spray tan or a sunbed. I do not like tanning too much as I have this whole crazy pigmentation thingy on my face and for reasons unknown to me my legs are immune to the sun altogether.. so it looks random.
