Checking mail..

I woke up super early this morning with the sun glaring at me at 5am(bastard). So I went to gym, sweated like a monkey, pulled a few muscles over doing it like I always do when I feel bad about now going for long periods..

While I was grunting and groaning,I made millions of mental notes with most of them revolving about how I will attack this Monday with vigour and not allow it to be a pain in the ass like it always aims to be.

And after getting this in my email this morning I know my day is going to be a positive one as my mood has been enhanced by 2million% !!  I literally had a crying fit at this demotivational..
