Makes me think of tree huggers and burning bra’s.. but the reality is that if we dont start hugging some trees (you can leave your bra’s on) then our children are going to be left with a very dismal planet to deal with.
How I show I care:
- I always dbl check taps are shut properly throughout the house.
- I have a sprinkler system for the garden that goes off in the evening for a few minutes to maximise its effectiveness and reducing consumption.
- I use energy saving light fittings and microwave mostly to conserve energy
- I re-use plastic packets as rubbish bins in the kitchen
- I only print what I need
- I encourage cyclists and have been known to hug one or two occasionally
PLUS…
- I have been wanting to do the recycling for awhile now but keep forgetting to buy the bins in order to implement correctly. So in order to do my part I will be going this weekend and buy the extra bins and label them GLASS – PLASTIC – PAPER – OTHER

I do the lights off, taps closed, try not to print (which is groovy since I don’t have access to printers at work)… I would also like to recycle properly so I think I’m going to get me some big bins this month and label them properly and all.

Angel – I have forgot (again) to go buy the bins! Think I need to stick a post it in the car to remind me when I am at the shops.. I am really bad at this saving the earth thing it seems!..LOL!
