I share my shit.. allllll the time. Some of it good, some of it bad.. hopefully not all of it boring.  Whether you want to read all this overshare is obviously another story altogether…but since you have/are, I am going to do a little exercise today which involves you.. obviously playing along is not mandatory (so stop screaming ) but it would be nice.
