I don’t get it either… and it bites me in the butt at work on a regular basis because I am perceived as having an “attitude problem”. I don’t talk crap about people- I just don’t like talking to them!

lize – perhaps I am this tactless asshole you call me, perhaps I am not as polite as I could be.. But when I am in the company of a nasty ugly person and they say horrible things. I do not simply smile and nod .. I would most probably tell them to not speak to me and walk away.. If someone (acquaintances included) come to me with some or other skinner story, I extract myself and leave.. I do not have time for these games people play. They must learn to be polite.. then perhaps I will give it a more concerted effort..
