I REALLY enjoyed the movie which makes me doubt my objectivity lol as I generally hate this type of science fiction but I could relate to it like you said on a proudly South African level. Loved how the characters developed as you got into the movies (when it started i was rather sceptical of if it could be a good movie, felt like we were back in the 80's loll).
