Feeling Old..
Watching my kids grow and seeing the candle count increase each year has a way of making a mom feel her age. I am going to have to take measures that will see me kicking and screaming down the road of life…
And according to the *Cat in the Hat, I have soooooooooo much fun to look forward to!

I hate the way my body isn’t as fit as it used to be (which wasn’t, very). A good way to deal with it is by not reading magazines aimed at young people, but to get a subscription to Longevity magazine, which will make you feel much younger.
You are still young, comparitively, and the saying that you are as young as you feel is still true- I have friends my age who look and act much older, and some who never quite got out of high school mode.
Parenting does age one, though…

i had that wake up call when i realised that somewhere in the time i’ve been working insane hours and seeing very little of the kid, she started having proper conversations. It scared me just a lil that she’s growing up so fast!
As for Dr Suess… the day i get too old to screw is the day i jump off a building!

Goblin – that’s what I thought.. but I did the math.. I only have a few good years left in this old body.. I hope they figure out how to grow me a new one soon!
