LaMaze 101..
After a few days of breathing in and out I have got to say… Its not working as well as I had hoped. I think I have to consider that breathing is just not my thing and have decided to hold my breath instead from now on.. see how it goes.
I am however feeling slightly better (less likely to throw myself in front of moving vehicles or scare strangers by crying in the shops trying to decide which bread to buy), what happened is still a mystery, alot like the KFC mystery I am working on (more to follow on that)…
My sister gave me some mysterious looking tablets tonight which she swears are homeopathic and natural (so is weed, btw).. I am dubious but I will give anything at this stage a go just for a proper nights sleep without nightmares or dreams.
So after driving 2 hours from Richardsbay, I am now rubbing a cramped calf then off to bed (cuddling with Sexy G) and hopefully with the aid of some drugs will be cutting redwoods in no time!!..
Tomorrow, I take over the world!
